Privacy policy

The short version

This is a marketing site. It has no accounts, no checkout, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. We don't build profiles of visitors, and we don't sell or share personal information with anyone.

Age verification

Because Azi Sazi is an alcohol brand, we ask whether you're 21 or older before showing the site. Your answer is saved as a flag in your browser's local storage so we don't ask on every visit. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies. The age-confirmation flag described above is the only thing this site stores in your browser — there are no tracking pixels, session identifiers, or third-party scripts.

When you contact us

The booking form and contact links open your own email app — your message reaches us as ordinary email from your address. We use what you send (your name, email address, and message) only to respond to your inquiry, and we don't add you to any list you didn't ask to join.

If we enable direct submission on the booking form, it is delivered through a form provider (Formspree), which processes your name, email address, and message solely to pass your inquiry to us. The form tells you which mode it's in below the send button; by default it simply opens your email app.

Third-party links

We link out to Instagram, the NC ABC pricing site, ticketing platforms, and responsible-drinking resources. Once you leave this site, those services' own privacy practices apply — this policy doesn't cover them.

21+ only

This site is intended for adults 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and nothing here is directed at minors. If you believe someone under 21 has contacted us, email us and we'll delete the correspondence.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how the site handles information — for example a mailing list or order tools — we'll update this policy and the date at the top before those features go live.
